Today is 3 occasions in one...and maybe more for other people...
The first is the obvious Thanksgiving. So Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Second is Hetal's 21st birthday! Happy Birthday to Hetal! She's been my best friend since FOREVER! Unfortunately, I haven't seen her since we both started college, but I keep up with her on facebook every now and then and she's seems to be doing pretty well.
The third is the the mark of John F. Kennedy's assassination. I was reading a book on this event and it said that he was shot at 12:34 pm, and as soon as I was finished reading the book today I looked up at the clock and it was 12:34 pm. Kind of eerie if you ask me, and a bit fascinating I had it down to the minute.
At my house...no turkey. My grandmother isn't here, so we aren't having a family dinner. Instead I think we're going to Chicago to eat some Indian food on Devon Ave. I'm starving now, so I hope my sister is actually on time...if she is, this would be the first time in her entire life. On the safe side, I think I'm going to go eat a snack.
