Slow Day

I left to do my projects and philosophy statement about education for today and I can't seem to come up with any ideas for any of my assignments. I also haven't decided if I want to go to the APO second initiation since a couple of people that intended to pledge didn't show up to the original ceremony. This is me being bitter about the entire thing, in that, if I had to be there the first time, they should be there too, and I shouldn't have to take time out of my schedule to go to an unplanned event. Don't worry, this does not reflect my teaching beliefs. I'm patient with a select few and students are definitely in there because they're an entire different group to work with. I just believe that if you're in college, then you should make a priority list of what you need to get done and you can't expect other people to revolve around your schedule. Please pardon my grumpiness. I've had a very stressful weekend concerning some things.

Homecoming is coming! Next Sunday will be Window Painting followed by a week of homecoming events. Unfortunately, I probably will not be able to go to any of the events because of class and babysitting. I'm also missing the Senior Experience event because of class, which is saddening.

I feel a bit disjointed right now. I need to gather myself, go to APO, do some homework, and then have my DEA meeting for homecoming.
