Dead Day!
Today is DEAD DAY! which means all classes are cancelled, except for scheduled review sessions and is reserved for studying. I didn't do much studying, but I will attempt to do some. The only problem is that What Not to Wear is on, and that is one of my favorite shows. Also, Annelise is gone for the weekend, so I'm tempted to keep the TV on and just chill out, but I should really study some this weekend. I have a final presentation to do on Monday, and then Tuesday and Wednesday I have one final each day. This may be one of my less stressful final times. Actually, it may be my least stressful final time I've ever had, especially compared to last year this time. Then Thursday will be packing and moving to storage, and hopefully on Friday I'll be driving home. I need to get somethings done this weekend. One thing is to get my car checked, but I called the Toyota dealership twice, and they never called me back even after I left a message. Tomorrow I will probably go drive there and have Greg do the talking for me since they like to take women's money. Then, I'm going to get my tragus pierced. Finally, on Sunday is Greg's 21st birthday! This is the first year that I'm not throwing him a birthday party, but we are all going out for fondue on Tuesday night. Greg also has finals to study for so the most we'll do is go out for ice cream. Today, I went out with Erin Blasi for our DEA Senior dinner night to Over the Border and it was really nice. We sat with our sponsor and talked about teaching experiences Erin has had and I picked up a few good ideas along the way :) She's graduating next week!!! How exciting is that! Really crazy if you ask me. I just realized that a lot of my friends are seniors and they're leaving, which is kind of weird to think that I'll be the senior next year. I swear, time flies and you never know where to flies to. I'm going to be 21 in three weeks and the really scary part is that I'll still be 21 when I graduate so it seems like its a lot closer than it is. Also, for the fact that I have a job lined up for me already is so surreal. I can hardly fathom what its going to be like to actually have to pay bills and be on my own having a career! Wow. I will take Greg's famous quote and say that I'll 'take it one day at a time.' Have a goodnight!
