Another Resolution

I have decided to add another New Year's resolution..and that is to check my email on a regular basis. I had almost 400 emails in my drake email account of which 150 were never read. I decided I needed to clean it out because I felt as though I wasn't getting anymore emails, but the real problem was BlueView. Anyway, I was reading my emails and found one asking me to be in the Drake Alumni magazine called Blue. Yeah, that was from the first week back when I didn't even touch my email, so I clearly missed that. How sad. I hope I get another opportunity. I appreciate that my professors think of me when they're asked to nominate someone for such opportunities.

I've been sick since last Friday. I went to CardioCombat last Friday thinking that I'd feel better if I worked out. Boy was that a bad idea. I sat in the Bell Center for like twenty minutes and then I got up to leave, got outside and had to sit some more. Working out to that intensity definitely didn't cure my sickness and now I'm still sick. My stomach can't seem to handle campus food, so I haven't had much to eat at all in the last few days. I hope I can get better because I've got lots to do.

Onto more important news! Greg is the best. He is going to donate 50 dollars to the Lost Boys of Sudan fund so we can go buy the supplies for the family we signed up for. He is also my first donation, so I still have more work to do! I'm excited for this start at least.

My friend Corie invited me to be on her PSA commerical tonight. This should be interesting. She is advertising the Vagina Monologues. Listen to 94.1 KDRA-"the dog"and you may hear it! fun stuff.
Now I shall go feel sick and read for a class I have tomorrow and start a project, hopefully!
