Cold, Cold Go Away. Come Again....NEVER!!!

I am thoroughly done with this frigid weather. Whatever happened to happy winters? We've been having frigid weather for the longest time and yesterday it was actually half-way decent so I got all excited thinking that maybe I can go ice skating again very soon and then BAM! It had to be bitterly cold yet again. I looked in the 5 day forcast and with all the windchills the entire week is supposed to feel anywhere between -5 to -30 degrees. Nice...what a way to feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I may need to implement my Tae Bo DVD today instead of making my walk over to the Bell Center. We'll see how motivated I am to walk in the cold.

I have big plans today: class, lunch, hw, walmart, workout, shower, corie's house and dinner. sounds like a fabulous time...im excited. i've already had a somewhat productive day..woke up at 7:20, showered, and did some reading I never did before. Nothing like catching up. Tomorrow will be LOTS of catching up. All good though, I'm ready. I have to say I'm really excited for Sunday b/c I am a pledge mom for APO and my son will be initiated. *tear* haha. Then SuperBowl! Go BEARS!

Yesterday as I was walking to one of my Education classes, I passed the gas station b/c you have to if you're coming from campus, and some guy got out of his car and yelled "The library is that way"...even pointed in the wrong direction. I was little offended and thought, okay maybe I look like a nerd all bundled up with my backpack, but at least I'm going to school. That was the end of that.

Now that its out in the open..Congrats to Dr. Fairbairn for the getting the position in the School of Ed for Learning and Assessment and Child Psychology. I'm glad I was a part of that.

Got to get ready for class. YaY for Topics in Math. We're going over Math Standards...page by page. nice. Stay warm!!
