It's beautiful

This is my best guy friend Grant. He rocks...he really does. Behind us is GK..the most popular dorm to live in. They have a brand new kitchen.
This is one tulip from the bouquet that Greg sent me for V-day.
This is the back of Morehouse...where I live! (don't stalk me)
This is Hubbell...aka Hub, Hubnasty, HubHub...I think its the best on campus
This is Meredith across Helmick Commons...big black building, but nice. the little red thing next door to it is Medbury. It has a chapel.

More nice weather = more pictures (as long as my camera doesn't die again)

The weather outside today was beautiful. All the snow is melting, and I even saw sparrow flying outside! Okay, so enough of the mushy-gushy stuff; I'm just really enjoying this warm-up. I actually took some pictures today on my walk around campus. Here is my list on why I like Drake and School of Ed..
in no particular order:
1. SOE people are awesome, so helpful, and great to talk to
2. SOE professors really try to get to know you even when you're not in their class anymore
3. Kerwin is the best at helping you with whatever you may need
4. Susan knows the library inside-out and will always smile and ask you how your day is going
5. Free printing in SOE
6. On campus, the sidewalk paths actually make sense (they're curved to lead to buildings)
7. during summer/fall time, the walks around campus are beautiful
8. front desk workers remember your name
9. walking back from class you are bound to run into somebody to have a 30 min conversation with
10. you make friends SO fast
11. Sodexho employees are the absolute best. As long as you remember your please and thank yous, they remember what you like to eat.
12. Drake has a tattoo parlor down the street called Yankee Doodle (Greg got his second tattoo there within the first month of being at drake freshman year)

I'll leave it there for now. This is totally random, I know but I'm in a really good mood b/c of the weather so there you go!
night!
