I broke another cell phone. I just have the worst luck with phones and I'm not exactly sure how this phone broke. The charger stopped working two nights ago, so last night I plugged it in in the hopes that maybe it would revive during the night and charge my phone. Instead, during the night I heard staggered buzzing coming from my phone so I unplugged it and this morning my phone wouldn't even turn on. It keeps buzzing, but no charge. Having it plugged in actually sucked what battery was left last night. I'll be out of a phone for a few days because of all the craziness, so if you want to get a hold of me...call my mom. Sad day.
I came to the library in the hopes of studying. I woke up really late, took forever getting ready, and now I'm coasting. I have to leave in a few hours to go to my dad's house so hopefully, I'll get some studying done. I'm really scared for this test and I don't want to have to retake it for the fact that it costs so much! I'm lucky enough to have TQP pay for this test, but if I end up having to retake it I have to pay for it. In my head, no retake will be necessary-so I'm aiming for better than passing :)
Everyone I've kept in contact with over break is dying to get back to Des Moines. Home just isn't as fun as it used to be. I find it kind of funny, but I can totally relate. All this time we made fun of Des Moines and how there was nothing to do there, but you take us away and we want nothing more but to go back. Crazy right? Yes, just a little.
I can tell you why this is. Even though all our high school friends are home, we're all on different schedules now. Finding time to hang out is difficult and sometimes impossible, so there isn't much to do home, but relax alone.
The weather is absolutely beautiful outside because its warm.
Next semester, Corie and I are going to get a body wave perm in our hair...no more straight iron!
Time for studying!
