Oh, its Christmas

I got home safely, although it was the second worst drive home because I was SOOO tired. I hadn't gone to bed till after 2:30 am and then I couldn't sleep, plus I woke up at 7:30. Not a lot of sleep. I ended up packing that morning and once I finally got home, I realized I had forgotten a lot I had planned on taking home. oh well, what can I do now. I went shopping a lot once I was home, but surprisingly I didnt buy much at all. I'd spend the whole day out at Woodfield Mall, or whatever stores that are around my house like Kohl's and Target, and I also realized that JCPenney has an "e" after the second "n"...who knew!! Talk about not noticing things. Well right now my parents are actually together and watching some Indian movie downstairs while we wait for my sister to come so we can open presents. Christmas isn't really our thing so we don't get all fancy with it. Well, at least not anymore. We did when my sister and I were younger and actually lived at home year round. My sister is always late and I dont have much patience, therefore I need something to keep my mind off the fact that she is late. My dad, brother and I went to an Indian restaurant for lunch, so that was nice. It definitely is not a white christmas for us here. Actually, instead, it was quite gloomy! It was supposed to rain, but instead we just had an ugly, cold day outside. I need sun. sun is good. Well my sister is here, so now I must go.
