AAHHHHH!!

So this whole "taking it easy" really bit me on the butt, to put it lightly. I've had two finals already and I'm pretty sure they both went fantastic. My Math 20 final wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and my EDUC 160, Advanced technology was great because...I got an email from my professor that because he didnt get to finish grading our Hypermedia projects, we would be allowed to use our study guides on our Final Exam!!! whootwhoot! Who can argue with that?! So, I that is an A+ on my final grade. Don't get too excited, most professors are not that nice. As as the scheduled person I am I had Monday after my final reserved for working on my papers and studying for my other finals, when I call my boyfriend Greg for lunch and find out that he passed out in the shower and that when he called the Health Center they told him to go to the ER!! So after my final, I took him and spent about 3 hours out. He's fine, they took blood tests, found out he has shin splints and tendonitis in his wrist. He has to wear a wrist guard with a thumb spike for a month. I think he got lucky since the semester is just about over. The downfall was that he had a paper due today, and with a wrist guard on, he can't type! haha. He got a few days extension. So much for studying and getting work done. It is now Tuesday night and I have yet to write 6 more pages for one paper, study for my final tomorrow (although, I did already look over some of it) and finish up my other paper. I dont think I'll make it home on Thursday, but I'm still going to try.
So Misltoe Mingle was fabulous. I was wearing a glittery dress and definitely left glitter all over Hotel Fort Des Moines' chairs. haha. Oh well!! I went with my friends Corie, Garrison and Greg. I dont have the formal pics up because I can't find my camera cord, but the rest are from Cammeo's farm camp fire we had at her house. It was GREAT! It was just really calming, relaxing, to get away from campus and just sit out with friends, make a fire, have s'mores, listen to the coyotes (which freaked the heck out of me), look up at the stars, and have Lizzy the dog get my red pea coat all muddy. It was all so fabulous. Oh yeah! I also played on the trampoline with Greg, which by the pictures you can see that his jumping abilities totally out weighed mine and I lost my balance multiple times. Then, Saturday night was the Drake vs. Iowa game and Drake WON! haha. GREATNESS!! It was 75-59. okay, well I need to get back to my papers, so love, peace, and happiness to all!
